Cancellation and refund policy

At Coaz Boats we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from enjoying the experience you have booked. Therefore, we offer a cancellation, refund and modification policy that will allow you to make the necessary changes to your booking.

CANCELLATIONS


If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will then be able to cancel your booking and refund 70% of the amount paid. Otherwise, no refunds will be made:
-Notification of cancellation more than 48 working hours before your booking, we will refund 100% of the amount paid or modify your booking.
-If you cancel less than 48 working hours before your booking, we will not refund you or modify your booking.

MODIFICATIONS


If you need to change the date, time or type of experience you have booked, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes. We will try to accommodate your needs and find the best solution for you to enjoy your experience at sea.

REFUNDS


In the event that we cancel a booking for unforeseen reasons, we will inform you immediately and proceed to make a full refund of the amount paid within 10 working days.

Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or for no-shows at the agreed time and place of the experience. In addition, refunds will only be made by the same payment method used for the booking.
